Zierath is a Fourth Age Imrhys Man. He is currently the King of Zierathdom, Lord of the Zierathan Alliance, and Wielder of the Emerald Claymore Major Life Events Zierath was born on Scotbode 3, 8766. He is the son of Deenev and Davez, two second generation Imrhys. Davez was a teacher, one of the Huntian Professors, and Deenev was an archivist and historian. Davez was teaching at the Muskegon University in Muskegon, Rado, on the Loyalund continent. In
8766, Zierath was hiking through the Mishikan wilderness, studying
the plant and animal life for both his zoology project and his
art project. On As
a child of a Huntian Professor, Zierath’s education was
started very early. The young Imrhys was also introduced to many
of the other children of Huntian Professors. Some of these friends
included When the young Imrhys returned home, Zierath found that he had a brother, Maz. Maz was not as focused on his studies as his older brother; Maz’s interest was music. His theory was the louder, the better. Zierath was the first Imrhys on hand after Maz’s Awakening while playing the drums set of a ring shudder. In 8999, Zierath returned to Hunt and apprenticed himself and his brother to Luther and Daveed. While there, Zierath met many more of the important Imrhys of the day. His network of friends and nobles became very extensive. In 9049, his apprenticeship complete with Daveed, Zierath went to Scottlund and the country of Ylvisaker. He showed great skill at working with people and settling disputes. In 9100, he was knighted and became a duke in the kingdom. Zierath did not agree with many of the rules and regulations of the country and became one of the loudest proponents of civil rights and education. Ylvisaker listened, and slowly started changing the laws, although not fast enough for Zierath’s tastes. Zierath
was among the Imrhys who went east to battle Warez, the rogue
Imrhys lord. Warez had set his own son, Pericales, up on a throne,
and led an army of orks, gobleens, geeants, jhogobleens, bugbahars,
and humans against the individual tribes of Zierath, Kunce, Smehren, and Dan'l the Wang found Warez and battled him. The four younger Imrhys barely escaped with their lives. Zierath and the other Imrhys helped stabalize the area. They were instrumental in setting up the Jordanian Empire, a consitutional monarchist republic in South Loyalund. Zierath spent many years traveling back and forth between Ylivsaker and the Jordanian Empire. While in the Jordanian Empire, he became fast friends with Creon Nisde, a one of the royal family. The two of them then met Antigone Jordan, the daughter of the current emporer. When forced to make a choice between the two, Antigone chose Creon. Zierath created the Rod of Creon, giving it to him on his wedding day. Zierath returned to Ylvisaker and his duties there.
Ylvisaker
confided in Zierath and told the younger Imrhys that he believed
the next Gnarrhys War was coming. Zierath aided Ylvisaker and
many of his friends to raise armies on several different continents.
He became the Captain of the YNS Kodiak in Ylvisaker’s navy.
A large Ylvisaker Armada sailed from the continent of Ipsenne
toward Seefell when the Black Knives of the Fourth Gnarrhys Lord
struck. Several Imrhys, Throughout the rest of the Third Gnarrhys War, Zierath fought the vampires and dathrhys that invaded Scottlund. In one battle in the Hylands of Scottlund, he and the clans battled the innubus Jurandez and his army. Zierath destroyed Jurandez and the Hylanders drove the army into the lowlands. Along with the other Imrhys who had been nobles under Ylvisaker, they drove the vampires and dathrhys off the continent or into hiding. After the Gnarrhys War, Zierath went about creating a new government. Building on the Jordanian Empire model, Zierath divided the continent of Scottlund and the remains of the Old Empire into an new alliance: the Zierathan Alliance. Over the years, the Zierathan Alliance grew, encompassing not only Scottlund, but the island nations and the continent of Gimlund.

In 13,700 AI, Zierath meets the new ambassador from Ipsenne, Ka'Senne. The two fall madly in love and marry in 13,707. In 13,708, the Fourth Gnarrhys War starts, and Zierath is in the middle of it. The first three books - Castle Zierath, The Basalt Mace, and The Stone Dees - cover this time period.

18, He wandered too close to the first of the Cobrakes. The King
Cobrake, genetically altered to sentience, yet completely mad,
thought the young human to be a threat, and controlled the snakes
in the area to attack Zierath. The stress of the attack triggered
the Imrhys awakening in Zierath. He fought back, destroying the
snakes and then their controller, the King Cobrake. Queen Cobrake,
who had been a prisoner of the King, fled, and Zierath did not
chase her. Zierath quickly returned to Muskegon, where there was
great celebration.

In Jazzuary of 8967, when Dan’l of the Wangs hit his one-hundredth
birthday, he and the other young Imrhys started to explore the
Achar. They traveled completely around the continent of Seefell
and past the continent of Westmark. In 8985, they stopped at Hunt,
and Zierath became the student of Pope Daveed.

hundreds
of ships, and thousands of sentients of all races were killed
in the initial attack. Zierath saved Faux when Faux became engulfed
in the Black Stuff by hurling a massive lightening bolt at the
trapped Imrhys. Faux survived, but the combination of electricity
and soul piercing blackness drove Faux a little mad. As Ylvisaker
was killed, the elder Imrhys threw the Item of Light, the Emerald
Claymore, at Zierath’s ship. Zierath grabbed the sword just
as the Black Knives struck his ship the Kodiak. The Kodiak was
destroyed, but with the added power of the Claymore, he managed
to save himself, his brother Maz, a bandit sailor named Zarl,
and a hyland warrior Malcolm MacDuff being the survivors of a
crew and army of two hundred and fifty. All in all, over five
thousand sentients were killed.
Warez
and the heirs to the Jordanian Empire - Aeole and Dore - have
started a civil war. The twelve Imrhys and their army scatter
the other three armies. Zierath, with five others - Dykstra, Bresky,
the Karland, Dougiano, and Sherismith - track Warez down. After
a several year chase, the six Imrhys seal the rogue Imrhys lord
into a tomb.
