They are: Winneshiek, who is given the Ruby Katana by Cohl; Bilbur, who who is given the Copper Shielf by Androse; Emefell, who is given the Golden Rod by Shana; Dekra, who is given the Emerald Claymore by Fedra; Hovde, who is given the Sapphire Halberd by Vahn; Silophaena, who is given the Indigo Axe by Vagna; Iwa, who is given the Amethyst Tomahawk by Sessa; Larsen, who is given the Diamond Sabre by Zorn the Ancient; and Seefell, who is given the Basalt Mace by Dharrius. The Imrhys start building a city called 'The Crossing'.
 
Ipsen 30, Year 1
Two of the Vampire Clans track down the Turhys at The Crossing. The Sithnarn - led by Sithnar - and the Goths - led by Nights'maron - attack the city, wounding Vahn and Zorn the Ancient, but are engaged by the newly Awakened Imrhys. The vampires are extremely surprised by the Imrhys and are soundly beaten. Nights'maron is wounded by Iwa. Sithnar is wounded by Fedra and Dekra. It is the first confrontation between the Imrhys and the vampires.
 
Juni 12, Year 1
After their humiluating defeat by the Imrhys, the badly wounded Sithnar takes his children back to Scottlund. They settle in the caverns below Fitzcairn Fortress of the Old Scottish Confederacy.
